Therapies
Integrated care to heal the mind, body, and spirit
Our therapies are not offered as stand-alone services. Instead, they are fully integrated into each client’s personalized addiction recovery plan. By combining medical care, counseling, and wellness practices, we provide a comprehensive path toward lasting recovery.

Types of therapies we offer

Individual and group therapy
One-on-one and group sessions with a licensed therapist and trained clinicians offer a safe space to explore the underlying causes of addiction, set goals, and develop tools for lasting change.

Trauma therapy
Unresolved trauma is a common root of addiction. Our trauma-informed therapies help clients safely process distressing experiences and begin to heal emotional wounds that contribute to substance use.
Experiential and holistic therapies

Yoga for addiction recovery
Yoga helps clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and develop mindfulness—key skills in preventing relapse. Our yoga sessions are designed to promote emotional balance, regulate the nervous system, and support physical health during early recovery.

Sound therapy
Using vibration, music, and rhythm, sound therapy helps release emotional blockages, reduce anxiety, and create a calming environment for healing. Clients often experience deep relaxation and emotional release through these sessions, supporting nervous system regulation and clarity in recovery.

Art therapy
Through painting, drawing, collage, and other creative mediums, art therapy allows clients to express emotions that may be difficult to verbalize. It’s particularly effective for processing trauma, building self-esteem, and unlocking creative coping mechanisms in recovery.
Tailored to each client's journey
Every person’s path to recovery is different. That’s why we build individualized treatment plans that incorporate the therapies best suited to your goals, history, and healing process. Whether you're dealing with trauma, co-occurring mental health challenges, or early recovery instability, our team ensures your therapeutic care is aligned with your needs.

Insurance shouldn't be a barrier to healing
Financial concerns should never prevent anyone from accessing life-changing care. That’s why we proudly accept most major insurance providers, including PPO and POS plans with out-of-network benefits. In many cases, your insurance may cover most—or even all—of your treatment costs.
